Delivery Zone is the area; the restaurant is capable of serving food. It might be 3 Miles radius or 5-7 Miles. Please check restaurant delivery zone/area to be sure your food delivered safely.

Delivery fees vary depending on the restaurant. Most restaurants charge $2.99 to $5.99 delivery fee and if the fee differs, the price will be shown on your checkout page.

Please note that: normal delivery time is between 45 min to 1 hour, however certain situations such as traffic, weather, and restaurant preparation time require extra time. Please know that we are always working hard to get your food delivered as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience. Placing orders in advance is appreciated.

Choose any near restaurant, surf menus and choose your items.

If you click picture (or ADD button) you can add your item to the basket. Every clicks on picture adds more to your basket. Please check your basket after placed your order for quantity.

After placed your order, check your basket, items, quantities and total amount of your order. Choose Delivery or Pickup option and desired to for your order. Dont forget to tip restaurant or driver!

Accept your order delivery/pickup and timing and choose way of payment. Thats it. Enjoy!

Yes! After placed your order and accepted by restaurant:

DELIVERY ORDER: will be managed your driver. If the driver outs for your order, you can track the driver step-by-step.

PICKUP ORDER: please click Track My Order and you can see the process theer. When your order is ready, you will be notified by the restaurant.

ORDERS CAN NOT BE CANCELLED OR REIMBURSED! Your order will be sent to the restaurant for preparation as soon as a driver is available to go pick it up. This is immediately. We will not send your order to the restaurant before this time because we want your order to be hot and fresh, rather than prepared and getting cold while we wait for a driver to become available. We recommend to review your order before submitting since orders can NOT be cancelled or reimbursed.

Please call the restaurant that you placed your order from and ask to speak to a manager. Please have your order confirmation number and name available.

Advance / future orders are welcome!
Make sure your group orders are placed on advance for the restaurant to have enough time to prepare your meal.

We do our best to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, usually within 35 - 50 minutes. Please take into consideration that restaurant preparation time, weather and traffic may affect us from time to time. We gladly accept timed orders hours or days in advanced to help ensure your desired delivery time.

Everyone who has ever ordered a pizza or had food delivered has likely been faced with a common quandary: “How much should I tip?”

If everything goes smoothly with your delivery and the weather is good, 15%-20% tip is the standard cost of having the mealtime brought to your doorstep. Not recommended tipping less than five bucks, though.

When your order status changes by the restaurant or driver, you will get push notification on uotu phone with a sound. Please check your order status on your app.

If you have a special request, there is a NOTE section on checkout page and type your request. If you have a food allergy, please note that, too. Requesting extras may cost more and will be added to your total when necessary.

Yes! You can save time entering your information by saving credit cards. Save your card and use without entering same details again.

***We never store card details. Your cards are stored on our card processor companies like Paypal, Stripe or Square.
